Your name, email address, country, company name, title, telephone number, and preferences/interests (“Personal Data”) will be used to provide you with relevant alerts and collateral from the Security Index Website. Unisys sales and marketing personnel will use your Personal Data to contact you via email with printed collateral or news items related to your stated areas of Interest.

Only authorized Unisys personnel and a third party (Brands2Life) will have access to your Personal Data for purposes of compiling your Personal Data for Unisys sales and marketing use. Brands2Life is an authorized Unisys third party service provider that will host the Security Index Website on behalf of Unisys and perform related services in connection with this campaign. By contract with Unisys, Brands2Life’s use of your Personal Data is limited and Brands2Life is responsible for its handling of your Personal Data. Your Personal Data will not be transferred outside the Unisys enterprise except as described in this Privacy Notice and to comply with applicable law. We will take reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data and will be responsible for our own handling of your Personal Data.

Your Personal Data will be kept for a period of two (2) years unless you advise us in writing sooner that you wish to update your records or you no longer wish us to maintain your Personal Data.
